Benedict House Choir Sing at the O2

Ms Wallis writes:

Last Wednesday, 25 very excited children from the BH Upper School Choir set off to sing and dance their socks off at the O2 arena. After an amazing rehearsal, with over 7000 other young singers led by choir leader David Lawrence, the concert kicked off with an exciting programme of songs, from American folk, 80’s New Romantic, 90’s electronica, through to 00’s musicals.

Guiding us through all of this was Corrina Joseph (Basement Jazz) and Tony Hadley, along with YV stalwart and Urban Strider Andy Instone.

Our choir joined a sea of tiny lights waving their torches, popping dance moves and singing their hearts out! They were fabulous and can feel rightly proud of their performances and exemplary behaviour. My huge thanks go to them and their ever-supportive parents, along with Mr Ferguson and Mrs Masters. Already looking forward to next year!
